DIOCESE OF KABANKALAN- On the feast day of St. John de Baptist, Bishop Patricio A. Buzon, installed Rev. Fr. Joseph Vincent Chua as the new parish priest of St. John de Baptist parish in Ilog. The ceremony took place in a makeshift chapel where visitors packed to welcome the new parish priest. Last year, a fire razed the Church to ashes. It is now undergoing construction and is nearing completion. REv. Fr. Joseph Vincent Chua is a native of La Castellana, Negros Occidental. Currently, he is the director of the Commission on Liturgy of the diocese.
